RECIPE: Chargrilled Elote

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the husks and silk from each corn husk.
2. Fire up your grill and let it get nice and HOT. Do this about 20 minutes before you’re ready to cook.
3. Prep your saucy spread — in a small/med bowl, mix your spices: garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Add in the crema, mayo, lime zest, lime juice, and minced cilantro.
4. Once your grill is hot, rub your corn all over with butter, then place them on the grill. Grill corn about 10 minutes total, flipping them every 3 minutes or so to get all sides nice and charred. Keep the lid closed while they cook.
5. Remove corn from the grill, and generously spoon your saucy spread all over of each one.
6. Top of each corn with crumbled cotija cheese, chili powder, and chopped cilantro to your liking.
7. Serve with fresh lime wedges & enjoy with loved ones!

FRESH LIME MEGJITO

Fill your desired glass with ice & add equal parts fresh lime juice, limeade, and TopoChico Lime. Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh mint and a lime. Enjoy!
